Frank,

I was wondering if you were familiar with Wave Systems (WAVX)?

They make a system on a chip which allows for hack free distribution of music, e-books, movies, etc.
Their chip could become a standard that is deployed in all TV Box tops, PC's, Cell phones,
smartcards/readers, E-book viewers, etc.

It can also be used to meter the usage of software, DVD's, T.V. programming, etc.

They are still in the very early stages of development.
However they have a list of impressive partners.

George Gilder is on the board of Directors as well.

There is a private message board on Raging Bull that has a lot of excellent information.

WAVX may be the solution to the problem created by Napster and various forms of piracy.

I like this company's story.

It may be too early to figure out if their technology will fly.
Right now, they are not actually bringing in any revenue.
It should be interesting to see how this one plays out.

I'd love to get an opinion on this one from you.

I realize this is a highly speculative stock.
Investing in a rebounding gorilla would be a much wiser bet.

With your strong tech stock background, I was wondering if you can see any potential problems or if there was possible competition that you know about.
