A great day to buy IMHO. Started the day with only long term holdings FLC, APA, and HAL and short term WCOM and QQQ(66% invested).

Sold all WCOM and QQQ. Loaded up on more FLC and HAL near close. Bought a lot of PTEN in 21's (ouch) and 20's. Also reentered RIG at close. Am now about 120% invested. First use of margin in a long time.

NG is back up and I believe that crude will stay in OPEC range. The fundamentals haven't changed IMHO. OPEC's mixed messages and resulting uncertainty have again given us an excellent buying op. Like many of us, I have been holding a lot of cash, feeling protective of large gains. But if you are not going to buy now, when are you?

I would not be surprised to see the NASDAQ take another dive and the OS and E&P stocks pop again soon. If so I'll rotate to QQQ again.

Good luck and take care all. Winkman
