They will need at least $2B for another fab and a bunch more cash to retro these fabs for the next technology and the next wafer size"

While Fab30 is no MegaFab by today's standards it was waaaaayyyy back in Oct '96 when they began construction 3 years and 8 months ago.

With the still insatiable demand I don't think they have anything to worry about for a year or more. They can always make flash....
