<edited>Hi all - the biotech sector is very strong today

finance.yahoo.com

and it looks like it broke out of the resistance

finance.yahoo.com

Considering CEGE is a double play [of CEGE and ABGX,] if it is true that the biotech [1st to cave] is one of the sectors leading the rebound, it can be very interesting. Good lord, I'd better tone it down, I sound like a hypster :)

<edited: I am using BBH as a proxy, which is not a true reperesntation of the sector and CEGE may not be part of it, but trend wise, IMHO, it is close>

best, Bosco

The news is very good (basically a reiteration with monkeys of the lab animal results from March). They are way behind Avigen as far as starting human clinical trials, though. And, as you mentioned, so much hot money jumped in at the close due to the Kernan effect that there will be a lot of volatility today. Should be interesting.
