This is the typical Fed. It turns out that the economy must have been slowing for some time before they recognized it. Thus they have been making un-needed rate increases.

Ditchdigger, one more consideration: this is the first
correction?/economy slow down? where the Naz is
functioning on Internet Time ( few days ).
Can the real economy correct in a few days?
Is there a problem with one or the other being much out of synch?
And by how much?
So we have "Internet time " on one side and "Economy time"
on the other.
