Was "ed" a casualty of his own hype?

Watch for Ibexx's comments. She is certainly one to watch. The time is soon approaching. One more "Unsettling" type of announcement and then MSFT will begin to win a few.... (especially striking down that separate product tying argument that Judge Jackson ventured into that stands in the face of the earlier appeals court decision) Don't you think that mutual fund portfolio managers understand this and are now willing to place bets as we all know what the down side is.

johnd: You forgot the Duke! Like Yaacov I find listening to the bleating and drivel of non-owner MSFT baiters tedious. The stock is an easy double from here. Put your bets down the wheel is spinning. Talked to another systems guy last night on the way to SFO and he said that W2K was "rock solid" and no mattered what they tried they couldn't get it to crash. Great system with super functionality and mentioned further that it was much cheaper in the long run than Linux which required much encoding to expand its functionality. This therefore increased the learning curve and costs of Linux exponentially. JFD
