Hi booters; Re volatility and traders. You are completely right that volatility is the key. If we go into a real bear market though, complete with 100-year low type valuations, there will be so little volatility that it will be almost impossible for traders to make money in it. Without volatility, trading dies quickly. Someday, that will happen around here, (and someday a new big bull market will rise again.) But that is something to worry about for the long term, like 1 or 3 years from now. Right now, the market is still a great trading market. -- Carl
