Alexander, you are violating the "reasonable man" rule. It is clear that despite any question as to the actions of the lady in taping the conversation she clearly exposed the lack of integrity and improprieties of Bill Clinton. She further, by her disclosure along with Monicas, placed him in a position of operating with integrity and truth or presenting a side of his character that abandons truth and integrity. All in the face of swearing under oath. You know the road he elected to follow. Do you think he should be disbarred?

Frank

It is WH spin and you should be ashamed of yourself. Under the Federal Wiretap Law as I have previously explained, there is no violation involved in recording a conversation as long as one party to the conversation consents to the taping. State laws may vary and some states require the consent of all parties. JLA
