Tom,

Maybe someone thinks that with natgas prices at $4.50 Benz could possibly sell off its properties and other assets for enough money to not only pay off their debt but have something left for the common shareholders.

This is a possibility but very unlikely IMO.

The stock is being accumulated by investors smart enough and sophisticated enough to recognise that once the debt is restructured, there's a viable company here; end of story.

Ed is just doing his job. It's called distribution-check his posts of a year ago. And now he's getting the pigeons to sell back to the insiders. He is moving on to a pristine new deal that just may, I believe, follow the same sorry pattern as Benz. He sure is cool if he took the beating he says. And for you he is forecasting the company's bankruptcy so you better hurry to sell.

I knew that 747 leaving LAX had more gas in it than all of Benz' properties. And that one didn't crash. Next movie.
