Anyone claiming that Microsoft could reach 400 by end of this or the next year or 2 years after that, should be locked up.

Maybe they will let "ed" out of his or her perceived locked up state, "if" or when MSFT sees $400 a share within the next few years (1-3), and in return lock up the ones who disagree (with stricter restraints of course!) :-))

As far as the thought of the "law of large numbers" is concerned, let's let the private sector define that, without Bill Clinton's interference as well as SUNW's, upon the marketplace.
