That's the old fashioned kind of health food store, lots of supplements. I've been going to health food stores for about 35 years, that's what was around back then, although they did have seven grain bread and whole wheat bread in the freezer, Deaf Smith peanut butter, and organic honey. I am a fan of peanut butter and honey sandwiches on seven grain bread. The kind you are talking about, with the organic vegetables, bulk nuts, fresh cheeses, and free range chicken, got going in the late 1960s, started by hippies.
