What's really causing me grief is that both Cyber and RT3 are both experiencing these constant disconnects, across multiple ISP's.

Dude at Cyber trying to palm off the thing as a bandwidth issue. Yeah right. My DSL certainly is not a bandwidth problem, and 56k will handle plenty. I'm getting kicked AFTER HOURS with next to nothing going on.

Is there any setting that might have gotten hosed on my machine, or am I simply SOL?

>BTW- its my opinion that Cyber has gotten *radically* less reliable lately. Its them- not us primarily at fault. - Eric

I think a lot of people that have been with Cyber for a while will agree with that statement -

What really has me worried is why Cyber is nowhere to be seen on any of these issues - that is a MAJOR departure from what we have come to expect from them.

If this signals a change at the management level - and it certainly would have to - it is of concern and maybe time to look elsewhere.
