Excellent point. I would expect that the spokesperson at ATHM could come up with a more positive statement than that. If not, they should be fired. You are correct, every little bit, be it positive or negative counts. In this case, it is a no-brainer what the ATHM spokesperson should say. <ey, every little bit helps! Come on PR Dept., you can do better than that...like..."Excite@Home values it relationship with Cablevision. The markets of New York City, Boston, and Cleveland are very important to our expanding U.S. footprint. We are confident that we can come to terms with Cablevision, and that our relationship will be long lasting." Or some other positive slant...not that negative garbage for Pete's sake.>
