ToolManInc, I can see how you are confused. If I'm not mistaken, then the article is. I own Gatefield stock. I certainly haven't heard about any sale of the company. I was aware that Gate had licensed the marketing and sales for it's ProAsic to Actel, but the company (engineering, tech support, etc) still exists. In fact, I have a friend who WORKS at Gatefield. He certainly does not work at Actel at this time, although I think they have made him an offer to stay. So, the article is wrong. Of course, it probably won't be wrong for long.
