Ram, it looks like ISCO became creative, although rescheduling the meeting to June 30, with shareholders on the new record date of June 6 being eligible to cast votes or submit proxies, may still not result in a quorum being present and the requisite votes to increase the number of shares needed to consummate the merger. Certainly, the odds in favor became vastly greater. I would like to believe we were helpful in bringing this about. In my Saturday discussion with MacKenzie Partners, except for the actual dating, this was the solution I urged as being the one most likely to succeed. It may be mere coincidence that today the price of ISCO shares rose about 25% as of this writing, with most of the gain occurring after the announcement...Now we wait.
