My ideas about the industry? It'll come back into favor once again. Watching Alcon steal the bacon from BEAM stockholders has me somewhat soured on the sector, but there are opportunities as you pointed out.

I don't think it's going to be SNRS. Too weak with too different a technology that is still too expensive to clinics and practicioners.

KERA does look tempting at this price, because it could have a run. I don't see it as a trend setter though. How do you convince someone who will not tolerate contacts to simply wear them on the inside. Also, the public will always see the Intacts as a temporary fix. And, with price competition in laser eye surgery, the price advantage of Intacts weakens.

But as I stated, I've soured on this sector for now.

Perhaps the best opportunity I see for longs here is the coming of age of the wavefront technologies. BEAM is in the lead, but there are other companies. I'll have to do some digging.
