Most of the newer 2-cycles with the fuel primer bulb start real good if you pump it about 10 times, 4 pulls on choke and 1 pull on half choke. The older ones without it are pure junk IMO. Buy the Ryobi stuff with the quick-link attachments. What a wonderful idea. I've got the string trimmer, blade edger, hedge trimmer and tiller attachments and they really work good for being the cheap, cute little devils they are.

We use high octane 120/airplane fuel in our 4/stroke
and sometimes for a real kick a shot of nitrous/oxide.

Got to love it baby.
