Hi
I bought and sold NTAP for nice gains twice. But now I want to be in a storage stock for longer term and NTAP has an P/E (seems to be important again these days) of 364 while EMC's is 133. (Both high but oh well, NTAP's is three times EMC's).
Also NTAP has eps of only 21c while EMC's is 51c.
NTAP's price then, at approx 15% higher than EMC seems more overvalued.
So I switched and bought EMC this time.
The G&K thread seems to believe that NTAP, as a young growing strong company, may endanger EMC's great performance. I was wondering what you guys who have been in EMC a long time thought.

yeah, I saw that yesterday. It cracked me up. The best one I ever saw though was for some penny stock I was following on ragingbull. In one day, the computer said we had a 300,000% gain. Instead of .01, it was at 3,000 -- or something like that. just shows to go ya
