What BS. That's a NR designed intentionally to deceive the general public. It gives the impression that SCII is in some JV with MOT and that they are getting support from MOT in their endeavors. That's like me saying I'm teaming with Microsoft in using MS Word to write my reports for some capital project. Just wait, it's a matter of time that this thing goes back to $2.

Tuesday , Jun 6, 2000 Sun-Thu at 18:00 (GMT+3) Communications Three Cellular Companies to Use Net2Wireless Technology Data Communications By Efi Landau, Atlanta Three cellular service providers, Partner, Pelephone and Cellcom, plan on using Net2Wireless technology in accelerating data communications over existing cellular networks, Net2Wireless CEO Nehemia Davidson told "Globes" today. Net2Wireless is presenting its GATE-3 technology this week, at the Supercomm 2000 Show in Atlanta, and at CommunicAsia2000 in Singapore. Davidson, this week in Atlanta, said that Partner is already in the advanced stages of testing the system, and would be one of the world's first companies to implement the system, towards the end of the year. Pelephone is about to install the system for testing, and Cellcom is in advanced negotiations which should close on a positive note. The booths at both exhibitions are under the official aegis of Sensar Corporation, a publicly traded company, which is in the process of taking over Net2Wireless. Former ECI head David Rubner is Net2Wireless' chairman of the board, co-founder and champion of the Sensar merger which was announced at the end of 1999. In March, the company raised $29 million at about $1 billion company value. Davidson said the company intends to raise several hundred million on Nasdaq at the end of this year.
