Greg, ARC spent tens of millions of dollars making the changes the last year or so. The new infrastructure and business model are now in place. They're into the execution phase. Results for the second half of this year will show significant improvements.

Regards,

Tom

Greg, the changes have produced some notable results:

1. EDS was a major issue for ARC in the past, now EDS is on ALRC's side

2. Margins from Hewlett Packard account improved 200 basis points. A more favorable contract/pricing is under negotiation, inking of the deal expected this month.

3. Gross margin from Agilent improved from -10% to +45%.

4. Portfolio growth, first time since July 1999.

5. Net increase in billable employees, first time since last year.

Regards,

Tom
