Yaacov, you will lose more money by Microsoft being broken up than otherwise. That is what the management is saying, Rick Sherlund, GS is saying. It is now widely agreed. A lot of tech company evaluation rests on the belief that they will win everything. A broken up Microsoft will win nothing and will be to the detriment of the consumers, IMHO.

Logical end means that the corporation either gets broken up by the supreme court (a disastrous turn of events that would be, I think)or the Justice dept is told by the courts that they are asking for too much. What is the bitter end in your opinion ?
