You can't blame the Europeans. They do business in their own time honoured fashion. The blame lies fairly and squarely in the US.

Why is GSM allowed in the US?

Why is NOK or ERICY allowed to trade in the US as long as US company(ies) are excluded from Europe?

The China PNTR and WTO should now be halted by the Senate. They have the power. If they don't do it after the exhibition of treachery we have just seen then we will know who to blame.
