Mr. Cala stated that it is Cala Corporation's intent to quickly open a
flagship bakery/cafe in San Cataldo, Sicily.  This site will become the
prototype bakery/cafe for expansion into European, American and Japanese
markets.  Cala Corporation's goal is to open over 100 franchise locations
within five years.
