Labs not a problem and thanks for the reply. I was interested in the A/B structure and saw no real reason as it appears to me that the A has 35% of the shares and elects 20% of the board and the B has 65% of the shares and elects 80% of the board and no other difference.

Question is then why bother with 2 and not just have 1 class of share? The only thing I can see is to make shorts life harder which does make me wonder about the whole thing. Just one for the watch list I guess.
