AMD doesn't want to effect Old Athlon Sales and Athlon II is reserved for Mustang IMO.

Why don't you have the agency you work for make a proposal to AMD? Then you could deal directly with AMD marketing snafus.

Just a thought.

I think you have a good point. Maybe AMD should have done at least what Intel did and called it Athlon E.
