Yaacov, how can you say in one breath fight the battle, but then say not at the expense of the shareholders. The govt is evil in the sense that it conjures up all sorts of negative stuff about its opponents. It is good at this game because it needs to be in times of war. It uses this skill in all other cases. It is difficult to fight the govt and win. Fortunately the court system allows you to do that. However, this is a contact sport and people including Microsoft will get hurt in the short run. Fact of life. How can this be avoided when people are out there ready to break you up ? How can shareholders be spared ? Should they be paid for buying the stock ??
