I just got my BellSouth bill, and they did charge me for the World Com Interlata Charge, which I did not pay. I always deduct for days when the ADSL line is down also. I still have the "Fast Access" ad which says $40/month with Complete Choice. I think Bellsouth.net is peopled by Indian engineers and affirmative action/Generation X employees in the business office. It is a constant battle. When my BellSouth regular dial up service became useless, I regularly had to scream at Indian engineers, which did no good. So I switched to ADSL.
