You're incorrect. It seems rather inconceivable that Timna would be on .25u with processor graphics and memory controller plus who knows what else all on one die. Intel will still need to supply the low end or else give up that market to others. It's not like them to do that.

As for other products on .25u in Q4? Sure plenty of them.
