The reverse-merger will definitely be closed (everybody gains by it going through). The press releases being issued now are on Net2Wireless and not Sensar. The Net2Wireless insiders cannot even sell their stock now. As the Net2Wireless management will be in control of the merged company, they are sure to pump it.

The float is too slim to be short this stock going into a possible pump. The SuperComm angle does not help either. I will be back only after I see a 5+ million volume day (this will probably be the first day when the new shares can be sold)

Regards,
Rajiv
