>Dear CyBerCorp Clients,

Well, if we ever had any doubts about changes at Cyber this sure puts them to rest.

Dumb, really dumb - IMOH.

And I am sure it really takes a "large amount of resources we have dedicated to maintaining a presence on multiple message boards:.

Just out of interest, do any of you know where some of these "multiple message boards" might be?

CyberCorp.com:

I'm sorry to hear that you are no longer going to be on SI.
I liked leaving a message and returning later for the answer. It was precisely this service I liked.

The lack of resources to serve your customers via one of, if not, the most popular and prestigious message boards with regards to the securities industry, unfortunately reveals the low priority upper management assigned to customer service.

Any manager worth their salt knows a negative comment spreads ten times faster than a positive one. And that the pen is mightier than the sword. Nice going...you now have both.

Now every one, most likely, will be calling and waiting on the phone. So, I don't suppose there will be any resources allocated to more phones either. Your poor staff will have to bear the brunt of the frustrated customer.

I strongly suggest you recommend management to reconsider.

Regards,

Dominick

I received an email from Cybercorp about an upgrade for Cybertrader 2.1. It's called 2.11 update. I've included the message for anyone who didn't receive it, or would be interested in updating their software. I downloaded it, figured the way things are going lately it sure couldn't hurt anything.

Dear CyBerTrader users:

We have updated our software to enhance, correct, and address some of the
current functions and features of CyBerTrader 2.1, such as data flow in an
active stock.

Please click on the following URL to download the changes:
WWW.CYBERCORP.COM/TRADERNOW/2.html. Follow the directions as displayed on
the web page.

If you have any questions or need technical assistance, please do not
hesitate to call 1-888-76-CYBER.

Sincerely,

Jo Speir

Did anyone read the Baron's article about Cybercorp, and their trading software? After singing Cybers praises, at the end of the article it lists BEST: Cyberquant! software helps identify the best trading plays and can even generate five-dimensional graphs depicting the market. WORST: Cybercorp's software is great but trading support services are weak.
