Over the past number of months, I have sat back and read some of the rumours being posted on this (and other discussion sites) about what is going on behind the scenes of this company. I have been royally pissed at how some of the rumours have been posted, and the manner in which the rumour has taken away any possibility of a POP that good news could have had. In some cases, it is almost as if that was the poster's intention.

So, on that note, I have decided to try to become more aggressive in my digging for information and then reporting what I find to the thread. I assure you that as I am a confirmed long term holder of the company's shares, I have nothing to gain from artificially running the stock up, or holding it back. I'll leave that to others. I just want to ensure that if I have picked up any information which can be varified, that it is passed on in a responsible manner.

With that, here is what I know right now . . .

The Board of Directors of the company have mandated the Senior Management to achieve the following (Short term) goals.

- Finding and securing an investment banker
- Gaining an institutional following
- Getting analyst coverage
- and applying for a listing on another stock exchange

So aside from any other contract announcements that they might get during this period, then these are the milestones we can hope to hear from NSI over the next while. I like to hear this as now both the shareholders and the company's Board of Directors will in a manner of speaking be holding management's feet to the fire to get this done.
