gp - those documents address the interactivity of the next generation stb. They don't include the ability to do Internet Access in the same context as your current DOCSIS compliant modems. The two-wayness of this device will support VoD, some instances of switched digital video (depending on the orientation of the operator), games, video telephony, etc. These are all services which will appear on the cable operator's service offerings, but they do not include Internet Access (at this time). Also, notice in Table D that the region between 5MHz and 42MHz is reserved for RD (return data path). If I'm mistaken, please show me where. TIA FAC
