Also, for those concerned that Korea might switch to (W)CDMA:

You may wish to factor in the few hundred thousand US troops that are presently guarding the border between N&S Koreas and the critical nature of Korea's relationship with the US.

This is why Korea is CDMA now.

Perhaps the Finns will volunteer to guard the border?
