Dave, There stories on NT are positive such as the one below which mentions it entry into the submarine market again. The story was printed just before the close of the trading. This one appears to be a big deal versus the earlier news, IMHO. The earlier stories revolved around a "smarter internet".

Late day is when NT started to perform better than the techs on a relative basis---ie no selloff when the Nasdaq turned.

Tomorrow's news on the internet alliance with IBM and Roth's keynote might jump start the stock. I had been expecting it to be today. Still very optimistic long term (July and beyond) and still hopeful for June.

Volume today was heavy (I usually compare it to NOK volume). I am now expecting a big bounce tomorrow especially if the selling dries up---with the additional news.

Thanks, Dave, sounds like a great bike ride. Was it through the Gatineau hills? I remember how pretty those hills are, especially in the fall. 70 miles on a bike can work up a great thirst. Hope you went to the Lone Star afterwards to cool off :-)

I just got back from an evening on the water, and it was chilly, windy, and rough. Even Jose Cuervo couldn't keep me warm.

I didn't even look at GMST, or any other stock this afternoon. When I saw the sell program kick off on the Naz, I figured they would bring down all stocks that had had a run lately, so I closed out most of my positions.

I will look at NTV, though I am hesitant to pick up any long positions until after the PPI this Friday. If that is good, I may buy ahead of the CPI, due out next Monday (I think).
