A Blurb from Cragun Law Suit;commission of approximately $400,000. "For example before Jan 1. 2000 when defendent issued his first press release, I was in the process of putting together a transaction between Ziasun Technologies and MIT Inc. All of the deal points on the transaction had been worked out and the parties were prepared to consumate the transaction. Had it gone forward, I would have personally received a commission of approximately $400,000. After defendent Schneider issued his press release, MIT withdrew from the transaction, citing defendent Schneider's press release as the reason they would not go forward with the transaction.
