It was pointed out to me by one of the posters who responded to my query a few weeks ago that an injunction requires a showing of irreparable damage. If the damage to the Q can be made good with cash, it is unlikely that irreparable damage can be established.

I don't know if this is a general legal point or whether patent and copy right law is different. It may have a different standard for enjoining a patent violator. I don't know.
