Bosco and Don,

Add these ones to msft's sins:

1. Repricing employee stock options.
2. Having 1999's vested employee options value exceed annual earnings. Selling calls and recognizing proceeds as part of revenue.
3. Inconsistent strategy on Windows 2000 rollout. Priced too high to be high volume. Too many missing multimedia features to be consumer product.
4. Unexpected rollout of Windows Millenium Edition. Missing the planned rollout date.
5. Too many employees with fat stock options afraid of rocking the boat, contented to waste time on projects, while counting the days to when their options vest.
