Let's see now. The company files a shelf registration for an offering equivalent to roughly 20% of the float on a day where the stock is up strongly. You come on three threads with the same message that this is bad news for longs. Not enough to be condemned as spam, but enough to indicate concern on your part.

You may well be right in the long run. But perhaps you have an undisclosed agenda?

In the interests of disclosure, I'm long from 11, and sold 1/2 position at 12 1/8 yesterday.

when we were all doing 'better', some weeks ago, it was actually good news when a secondary hit. made the company a more viable force and, as i recall, it was not uncommon to see a stock go up strongly on such news. i think things are too good longer-term for this to change.

on the other hand, i welcome the idea of the stock backing off some- in fact i want to DEMAND IT. i bottom-fished this at 7, having taken some licks in the 30's in the distant past, and then got stopped out at 9.25!!! $11 would suit me fine. see if you can't scare a few folk and drive the price down - please... don
