The settlement clearly stated that MOT would pay full boat on any patents
post 95(?) and would pay the reduced rate on any patents pre 95(?) which from what I recall reading in the settlement is where the DS CDMA patents fall. MOT would therefore have no reason to fight, they have a financial edge when it comes to WCDMA.
NOK and DOCOMO are the last pins to fall.
