Dear paul: I also dont know why, but the gist of the MD&A letter is to explain that sales are presently increasing in excess of 50% but it is because of vast increases in lower priced systems at the expense of higher resulting in lower gross margins as a %age. Also the geographic sales mix is trending toward Asia rather than Americas which probably explains the cheaper systems, higher sales costs, slightly longer days outstanding of receivables etc. The rest of the MD&A is basically boiler plate wherein Corporate lawyers dream up every conceivable risk and disclose it for purposes of avoiding any potential suits.
