6/02/00 - Direct Rambus DRAM production by manufacturer Jun. 02, 2000 (Electronic Buyers News - CMP via COMTEX) -- DRAM suppliers are set to quadruple production by the end of this year in response to rising demand and the improved pricing environment. Samsung, which has benefited from a low-cost manufacturing base, is expected to triple production, analysts said.
