In my humble estimation that is an appropriate target which presupposes that A/ the company executes its strategy, B/ starts bringing these IPOs to market, C/ the revenues are actually there. D/ The discount is not too great. MRVC is already seeing a fair amount of institutional buying but some of that may shift to the operating entities directly especially if they can be purchased at IPO pricing- hence their will be a discount of sorts. Best thing that could happen is if MRVC offers IPO shares to owners of MRVC in proportion to their ownership of MRVC. That will keep the price of MRVC sky high for a long time to come. That would be the right thing to do but will only be possible in situations where MRVC has a controlling interest. Not the case in Zaffire to be sure. Might even be worth trying to put a shareholder resolution in to that effect.
