Hi Carolyn, what you've said in effect is that the solution is region specific. Unless, of course, the Internet Data Center organization (INAP in this case) or whomever has sufficiently cited their data centers in a fairly ubiquitous or optimal way, or created a sufficiently effective CDN acceleration scheme so as to satisfy a maximum number of end points (that's us, users). Since Grace is on the East Coast and she does occasionally suffer long delays when accessing SI, I'd say that such a ubiquitous solution either doesn't exist yet, or they are not done deploying it, yet.
