That is the assesment..the block trades on a % basis in the last 5 days have been larger then they relitively have been in the last 2 monthes BUT... according to the new numbers... there is still a abundece of cash on the sidelines... in 5 days there is no way for large institutions to have accumulated much more then a very small stab at some names that they wnat, let alone so I feel that they are comfortable in tech as a Long. Yes, I feel the funds will have some big turnovers this year... Stocks like ENE are great, and ones that are more believable that the funds have been accumulating...
