DB,

You are possibly right, but keep in mind that a bunch of analysts are waiting for the leaching tests to adjust their NPV and update their clients. Most of them are on a "buy" rating now. If the recovery rates come in as expected or better, you will see a lot of upgrades to "strong buy" as the major unknown will have been removed.

A typical statement you will currently find in those analysis:

Deutsche Bank, George Albino, Nov. 22 1999.
Corner Bay, $2.63. Opinion: Buy

At current levels we continue to see modest near-term upside, to perhaps $3.00 or so. We would be cautious at higher levels until the question of silver recoveries is addressed early next year. We maintain a BUY rating with a short-term target of $3.00 (approximately half of our 6% NAV). Positive results column tests would likely lead us to raise our target price.
