From KITCO:

"Mark to market or rule 133 applies to any period begining after June 15. Many companies are already following the new rule. The bad guys like Barrick, JP Morgan and Goldman Sucks will likely wait till the last possible SEC filing to comply. When will that be?
Again Rule 133 does not become fully enforced until periods begining after June 15. This means that the quarters begining July 1 or later will be the first reporting periods where rule 133 is required. For a quarter begining in July the SEC filings can be made as late as October 15. There are also companies with different fiscal years whose filings won't be required to follow 133 until November or December.
Even with the delay 133 looms large. As the POG rises the pressure to break ranks and cover grows. With a clear bottom in place the pressure on the BBs and hedged miners is growing. This rally will be very difficult to putback in the bottle. namaste' "
