It would be wrong to call them "ISPs", but they did not. They called them Internet "SERVICE PROVIDERS". This is a fact. They are service providers.

You make yourself look so obvious when you start picking very small holes like that. But that's what you are all about isn't it.

AOL has reported that their Philippine operation has reduced e-mail customer service costs by 40%, and they will soon have consolidated all U.S., U.K., Hong Kong and Australia customer support operations to the Philippines.
