i can tell you now, he won't respond. A@P kept asking him for quite some time...and no really satisfactory reply came forth as far as i could discern.

it would be extremely hard to prove if he did it as it were...an offshore account could be used, and even relatively small positions in the context of overall trading volume in the recommended stocks would yield rather sizeable profits.

frankly i would be surprised if he didn't, but i don't want to allege something, this is merely a general observation on human nature. i feel most people would do it, and thus the probabilities argue for him doing it as well.

have i built enough disclaimers into this convoluted paragraph?
