TheRegister moved its offices, so maybe this link will work better:

The article states that Mosel Vitelic has a 64Mb DDR chip, and that they think that DDR will displace PC133 pretty soon.

This is all very believable, but I looked at the moselvitelic.com website, and didn't see any press release or DDR spec sheets. They aren't one of the leading memory makers, if they have DDR, it means that the technology really has gone mainstream. I'll believe it if we can get a link from them.
