btw, the very first thought that crossed my mind when i heard 'hedonic' for the first time, was also that a syllable had probably been left out by mistake. it just doesn't sound right.

I'm looking forward to asking my father, who was trained in ancient Greek at the Schiller Gymnasium, about the origins of hedonic. BTW, It feels like the market is poised for a good Microsoftic rally...any news is perceived as significantic, as a trigger, irregardless <g> of the ruling's outcome.
